With a rich smoky intensity, sweet molasses with a bold aftertaste, this coffee boasts notes of raisin, cocoa and molasses. The blend consists of dark roasted Brazil, Honduras and India robusta beans that gives it that added punch on the caffeine scale.

Interestingly that each of Italy’s 20 regions boasts a different and unique coffee culture, with regional twists on seemingly simple beverages like espresso. For Italy, coffee is not only a ritual, but a social occasion, with the most common drinking ritual to stand at a bar and have a chat with the barista (al banco). Sometimes they even add a shot of grappa just for a refreshing oomph!
