After comprehensive research in our laboratories and extensive field tests, our engineers selected a specially reinforced techno-polymer as the material of choice for the new X-Series outdoor products — QTP®.

QTP® is a strong and robust techno-polymer with substantial reinforcement particles interwoven into an elastic and strong long-chain polymer structure. It feels like ceramic and performs like a technical super composite.

The QTP® composite was initially developed for mechanical and equipment engineering, often as a replacement for brass. It is also being used in the automotive industry for bearing and gearbox components. QTP® is FDA food and water approved and is a trademark of Comandante®.
