This dark roasted blend consists of Ethiopian, Brazilian and Honduran coffee beans and contains notes of hazelnut, baker’s chocolate and warm spice. We love this coffee blend as you can distinctly pick up each coffee in this blend from the fragrant aromas of the Ethiopian, to the sweetness of the brazil and the cocoa taste on the back of your palate. Truly remarkable and flavourful.
Our signature and most popular blend bring a balanced, spicy aroma with a sweet buttery mouthfeel and dark chocolate aftertaste. Preferred as an espresso for milk-based drinks but perfect however you brew it.
The Bowery is a street and a neighborhood in the southern portion of New York City. The bowery is the oldest throughfare on Manhattan Island and it connected farmlands and estates on the outskirts to the heart of the city. This throughfare later became the center stage for developments in the heart of the city and as the city grew the street gained in elegance, becoming a broad boulevard with wealthy and famous people residing in the area. The area took a dive after the civil war, but was revived after with several luxury developments. Notable places of interest in the Bowery historic district include several culture curious places, including the Amato Opera, Bowery Ballroom, Bowery Savings Bank, Bowery Poetry Club, Bowery Theatre and many more.
It comes with no surprise that we are enchanted with the vibrant burrow that is Manhattan. The word bowery for us is a bold statement and in our minds it means “to build”. And that is what we do at TriBeCa -we build our people, our environment, our brand and our community sustainably.
